After seeing deals die over inconsequential legalese and clients losing tens of thousands of dollars on a basic lease review, I just couldn’t take it anymore.

As an attorney and real estate broker, I have the unique experience of understanding both the complexities of the business terms and the legal terms; but that doesn’t mean I set out to change the business terms or quash the deal over inconsequential legalese.

Of course there are times when a heavy-handed approach is warranted, but more often than not, most people just need to know what the legalese means and whether there is any middle ground. Down-to-earth explanations and the desire to help people get to where they want to go is my primary aim, and this difference often determines whether a deal gets done or not.

With Lease Check Mate, my goal is to help you get the deal done.
